This is not cross fit. This is a sport specific program to help athletes reach peak conditioning and maximize performance.  We use a dynamic approach utilizing kettle bells, battle ropes, and other plyometric exercises.  This workout is tailored to strengthen the muscles and movements used in martial arts.  You will be pushed past your limits and you will see results.  This class is open to all.
