The picture on the left was taken last July, the day before I competed in my first NPC Men’s Physique show.
The pictures on the right was taken yesterday, the day I completed my #10weekstobeach program.
Both pictures were taken at Composition ID Houston, immediately following a DEXA scan.
I’m happy with both of these pictures. They show months of hard work and consistency. But I’m more proud of the picture on the right because of HOW I got there.
