Strength & Conditioning Coach

LeRoy is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from University of Tulsa, where he was a standout football player.  LeRoy is also a martial arts enthusiast, having practiced and competed in various styles including Karate, Sanshou Kickboxing, and Tae Kwon Do.

BOBBY PHELAN

Yoga Instructor

Bobby holds an E-RYT 200 certification and has studied multiple styles including Power Vinyasa, Forrest, Yin Yoga, and Acro Yoga. He has over 2000 hours of teaching experience. Beyond yoga, Bobby is passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
