Our Kickboxing classes incorporate several styles and disciplines including Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), San Shou (Chinese Kick Boxing), American Boxing, and everything in between. The conditioning aspect of our kickboxing classes will keep you light on your feet as well as light in the midsection! The 60 minute class consists of high intensity training drills, calisthenics, Thai pad drills, and heavy bag work. Students will learn to punch, elbow, clinch, knee, and kick. You'll burn excess fat and calories; improve strength, muscle tone, muscle endurance, and flexibility. The workout is fun, safe, challenging and accommodates all levels of fitness.
