KEVIN WARREN

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Kevin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and strength coach.  He is also a nationally qualified NPC Men’s Physique Competitor and published fitness author.  He specializes in general fat loss and muscle building, competition prep, and MMA specific training.

LEROY FRANKLIN

Strength & Conditioning Coach

LeRoy is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from University of Tulsa, where he was a standout football player. LeRoy serves as the Athletic Director at Sweetwater Country club, a position he has held for over 20 years. LeRoy is also a martial arts enthusiast, having practiced and competed in various styles including Karate, Sanshou Kickboxing, and Tae Kwon Do.

BOBBY PHELAN

Yoga Instructor

Bobby began practicing yoga/meditation in 2010 and started teaching full time in 2014. He holds an E-RYT 200 certification and has studied multiple styles including Power Vinyasa, Forrest, Yin Yoga, and Acro Yoga. He has over 2000 hours of teaching experience. Beyond yoga, Bobby is passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Tyler Vikos Qi GOng instructor

TYLER VIKOS

Kung Fu & Qi Gong Instructor

Instructor Tyler Vikos studied abroad in China, under the Shaolin 34th generation Master Shi Yangcheng. He is trained in Shaolin Kung Fu, Sanda kickboxing, and Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong.
